Data connection to a form library

Hi,

I created a Infopath form that publish data into 3 different form libraries.
Then I created another infopath form who search his data into the 3
different libraires from the first form.
Now I have some problems with retrieving data because the form libraires
have about 1500 entries - not all data is accessible anymore.
Does anyone know if there a maximum to retrieve data from library records?
Does anyone has an idea to solve this, avoid this?
I already split the library manually but that's not an option because I need
to do this manually.

Hey Cauwi,
There are a couple of options here,
The number of records returned is controlled by how many recoreds are
retured in the view your connecting to, increasae this inside sharepoint to
the number you want and that may get you by. However as it sounds like your
library could grow significantly I would suggest having a look at the
Database accelerator solution provided by Qdabra

By using GetListItems method you can retrieve the data from the sharepoint.
