FARAZ QURESHI
I receive weekly statements from 45 departments in a standard format that I
have supplied to them after locking, so all the reports received are uniform.
Now, the format is to be consolidated into a same single file (Named
"Main.xls") by just COPY & PASTE.
The main points are:
1. Data is huge (column "A" to "BY");
2. There are 5 columns D, G, L, X and BY that contain formulas like Sum;
3. I want some macro/code which is attached to the Main.xls which allows me
to copy the same data from the other opened file of a single department into
all the columns except in the formula columns D, G, L, X & BY, in one swing;
and
4. When the other department's file is opened and macro is applied the same
way but on the next following blank rows, so as to compile the data at the
earliest;
5. The code may be attached to a shortcut key or a button in the Main.xls
