Hi,
What is the reason behind the following:
"
Excel can treat a string of digits in a cell in either of two ways: as an
actual number which could be used in calculations, or as a text string.
Problems occur when Excel gets fooled into making the wrong choice for some
reason.
"
In which scenarios Excel gets confused with text or number? How we can
control this using Excel itself? I don't want to achieve this task manually?
Do we have any settings inside excel which can prevent such scenarios?
Thanks in advance for your time and help.
Regards,
Santosh
