Could anyone know why it happened?

Scenario:
i create onenote file in A machine and filled a lot of data there.
Then copy the file to B machine.
In B machine, i opened the file. No data at all.
why all sections disappeared?

How long was it between the time that you created the file on machine A
and copied it to machine B? If you did the copy right after creating,
it's possible that OneNote hasn't had time to save your changes to the
file. If it's a local notebook, let OneNote sit for 20-30 seconds, and
that should be enough time for it to save the changes. If it's a remote
notebook, you can press shift+F9 while in the notebook to force it to
sync to the server (the sync icon on the notebook will get a green check
mark when it's done).
