Data entry form

I would only like users to only view the data entry form with my submit
buttton. By default it always shows the query view form which i do not want
users to access. Please advise

In the Views task pane you can set which view is default. You also can add
rules on Open which can change the view.

Under Tools and then Form Options is where to find these configurations. You
can also turn off the submit button in the toolbar so that the user must use
yours.

I tried changing the options as you mention above but it still displayed the
query view first after publishing. I deleted the query view and its working
the way i want it.
