Data Entry in a custom view

I want to allow team members to enter data in a PERT view I created for PWA
How do I set it up so they can enter numbers in the 3 duration fields?

The only view that allows users to make edits is the My Tasks view. You
would need to include these fields in this view and associate only one
resource to the task so that you get only one result set.
