Data entry on a table used as subform

Please help!
How can I use a table as a subform that can accept data
entries?

main form: contacts, address
subform: date mailer sent, property name (30 items),
comments

The subform needs to contain the primary key from mainform to act as a
foreign key. This enables to set the relationship between the main form and
subform and to maintain referential integrity. For more help see
