Data error, cyclic redundancy check message in Word doc. What is.

Trying to read Drive A floppy. Get a "data error (cyclic redundancy check)
message. Click "ok", then get, "disk not accessible, disk media not
recognized, may not be formatted". I've been reading this disk - what do I
do? Need that info on there?
