Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

Hi,

When I copy one pst file from one company to another company, the error
message pops up "Cannot copy: data error (cyclic redundancy check)". Does
someone here help me to fix this issue?

Both computers use Outlook 2003.

Michael,

On the first machine, the one you're copying from, make sure that Outlook is
not running before trying to copy the pst. That's the first problem I can
think of.
