Data export to Access

Does Excel has any tools or methods using to export the data from excel to Access? One of the Access DB table data is from Excel. I want to know that is it possible to use some tools in Excel to export one worksheet's data to one DB table or vice versa ?? If so, how to do that??

Hi Grey

I would simply go to MS Access and use one of the following
1. Import external data ('File - External data'), choose the Excel-File
and follow the import wizard.
2. You can also link your Excel-Spreadsheet to Access (Goto 'File -
External data - Link tables' and choose your Excel Spreadsheet/Table)
