Data extraction to display the difference

This is a styupid beginner question but I really need some help.

I have two list of names. One is recent with new names the other is older.
I want to compare the two list and only extract those that are unique to the
two. This would give me the new people only. I CAN NOT FIND OUT HOW TO DO
THIS!!!! I know this is basic stuff - I would appreciate any help you can
provide.

Myrna,

I've tried your suggestion and it returns "value error" message when I test
it. I'm using all test and I believe it is having problems sorting the
value between the two sheets.
I do see the logic in this formula though.... any other suggestions?
