Using Outlook 2000 form designer, I've created a form for record
add/changes. The top 75% of the form is populated with fields to be entered
by a user and sent to a recipient who authorizes the form for accuracy and
adds it to a central database.
I have the form built.. and here's the thing. I want the composer to be
able to enter data into the fields on the top 75% of the form, but do NOT
want them to be able to edit the lower 'authorization' fields.
I then want the top 75% of the fields to lock as 'read only' after the email
is sent, so the information cannot be edited, BUT I want the lower
authorization portion to be able available for editing.
Is this possible to do?
