Assuming you mean your documents, etc, just copy and paste the files where
you prefer.

My hard drive was re-formated and a clean sweep was done. Before they did
this they backed my files up to DVD's. How do i get the DVD's to open and get
to my computor?

You put them in your computer and chances are you will get a dialog box that
prompts you for action. If not, put the disk in and view the contents with
Windows Explorer.
