how can I create a list based on COUNTIFS function results. The results are based on 3 columns of data, I need to extract names from a 4th column that matches these results.

I believe nobody has been able to give you an answer because the *IFS family
of functions aren't supported in XL 2004 in the first place They weren't
introduced until XL 2007 on the PC, 2008 on the Mac.

Unfortunately you don't supply sufficient details on the nature of the data,
the type of criteria or what you're hoping to accomplish, so it's impossible
to provide an alternative approach. If you can paint a more vivid picture of
the scenario perhaps you'll have some ideas offered.
