HI all,
I have a co-worker that came to me with these issues. Not really sure how
to help her, any advice would be greatly appreciated. See below.
Numbers:
I'm having an issue with number fields that are rounding up.
Starting at 20.6, the number is rounded up to 21. I want to set this field
so that it keeps the true value of the field (with decimals). I've tried to
format cell and all sorts but hasn't worked for me.
Dates:
I'm also having an issue with exporting files with date fields. In the
database, the dates are set to the default mm/dd/yyy. However, when exported
to an excel worksheet, the date field has the time 00:00:0000 added to date.
Upper and Lower:
When I generate files, data fields are generally in all caps. However, I
need the fields to be first letter capital, the rest lower. Currently, this
can be done in excel using the PROPER function. However, I'd prefer to do
all the formating in access.
THANK YOU
Gladys
