Data from Word to Excel

Hello!

I need to build a file for a survey.
I need to build it in a way that I can automatically get the data
from
this file and have them in an Excel sheet.
This is for a survey, so I will have all the answer for this survey
from each person who fill it; then I will need to fill an excel sheet
with all the answers.
Is there any way to do that? Since it's a quite complex survey, with
a
lot of people involved, doing it manually for each questionnaire
would
take a long time.
