Data in MSP_VIEW_PROJ_ASSN_TP_BY_DAY disappear

We have a recurring problem with data in MSP_VIEW_PROJ_ASSN_TP_BY_DAY
disappear after publish of projects. All rows are there but the timephased
data is gone. This is solved by restarting the Project Server Views
Notification Services and publish the projects again. But since the problem
is escalating (have occurred two times in two weeks) this is an major issue
to us.

Have anyone else this problem and is there a solution?
