data in shapes

Is it possible to display more than one row of data in a shape? I have an
excel spreadsheet, where often several rows are grouped together, and I would
like them displayed together in a single process shape.
Thanks.

Yes, you can add rows by pressing [define] buttton on the data(Custum
property) dialog or by opening ShapeSheet and add rows.

Thanks, though I'm not sure how to accomplish that. What I need is to be able
to link two rows from Excel, either from an external data link or some other
method so they both appear in the same shape, and are both linked to Excel
and editable. Can that be done as you described?

You didn't mention what version of visio you are working with. The new
version (v2007) supports data linking from an oledb source to a shape, but
is not designed to go the other way (although it is possible). What you did
not mention is an expectation that when editing excel that it should
automagically update the drawing, a much larger issue.

Can you explain to me how to find this SHapeSheet or Custom property dialog?
I am a new user to Viseo and I am trying to do the same thing. I don't
understand exactly what you are saying to do. Thanks!
