Data in shared workbook are corrupted

I have shared workbook. Two or three users work with it simultaneously. Sometimes added or changed rows in the workbook appears corrupted. Rows are double or mixed. I don't know what can I do to fix the problem. I have Office XP SP2. Upgrade to Office 2003 doesn't help.
