Data log Excel to Powerpoint 2003

I need data from excel to powerpoint, I have made a link between the two
programs and when you see it in the layout the data from excel is changing
all the time as it should, but as soon I whant to run the dias show the data
is not changing.
What should I do to make it changing?

Not sure whate you are after exactly, but if you want things to change
dynamically while you are presenting have a look here:
