data merge from Word to Excel

I would like to use mail merge manager where I save each document as a PDF then email them individually using Entourage. Where can I figure that out?

Hi,

Mail Merge will allow you to send the contents of each document as HTML
mail, a Word Document attachment, or plain text.

If you want to prevent people from editing the document you can password
protect the document from editing before you send it as an attachment.

If you are seeking a free program to act as a "player" for Word
documents you can refer people who don't have Microsoft Word to
NeoOffice http://www.neooffice.org/
