Data merge into letter

I have a mail merge complete, however the line spacing in the address of the merged document needs to be changed and I can't change it. The imported data is from Excel data base and I've tried everything. Please help me. Thank you.

How does the line spacing need to be changed? What are you trying to
accomplish? What is happening? Well, if you really tried EVERYTHING it would
be working fine. What did you try?

Hi Vicki -

As Bob G. replied we really do need a more exact description of what the
problem is. My guess is that the "problem" is something that needs to be
addressed in your Word Form document, but I can't be sure without a more
specific indication of what you mean. Also, include your exact update level
of Office - I think you may be several updates behind.
