This has to be soooo simple but I can't find the answer. I now use
Word 2004 after years of MacWrite Pro, where data merging was a cinch.
Often I need to merge data from FileMaker into a list, like address
labels, that I then use in a document. After merging in Word, each
"label" is on a separate page when all I want is a blank line between
each. In MacWrite I could search for the invisible character that did
this and delete them, instantly creating the list. But I can't find
any way to do this in Word. Something I'm missing?
