That is a good question. Considering my smartarse reply to your last
one, here is a good reply.

Then use the output to populate your mailmerge. My technique is to use
Excel as the source, and to create the merge document in Word with
careful use of fields.
PS Google helped again. I only just found out about address book
exporter when I was filled with remorse for being so rude to you a
minute ago.
I blame the booze (Wolf Blass Chardonnay). It does wonders for one's
