Hello,
I'm having trouble creating a catalog of all the names in my Office
Address book using the data merge manager. Normally I don't have a
problem with this and the last time I successfully did this was just a
few months ago. But now all of a sudden when I select the Office
Address Book as the data source in the data merge manager, I get the
following error message: "Word could not merge the main document with
the data source because the data records were empty or no data records
matched your query options." Any ideas??
I am using Microsoft Word 2004 for Mac, version 11.2.
