Data Missing in History emails, where did it go

T

I finally have the BCM working acceptably and so today I went to a contact to
look up some information. There are a years worth of emails that are listed
under the history for the contact. Every one of them has been converted to a
"Business Activity". Not one of them has anything in the body of the message.
In other words all of the content of the emails is gone and the only thing
that is left is the hearer information and the subject line. What is goin on
here? Jim

How did you get BCM data? Did you migrate from a previous version like BCM
2003?

If the original e-mail message is not available in the current Outlook profile (.pst file), then BCM shows the text of the original
e-mail message.

BCM does not store the full Outlook e-mail message, but does store a link to the original item. Is it possible that the original
e-mail is in another profile or was archived?
