Data not storing in Form

this is puzzling me!

I've created a form using the wizard based on a table....when I input the
data in the form view, I save it, go out and go back in, the data is gone
from the form and is displaying 1 of 1 which is empty, but the data has been
stored in the table...

Is the form's Data Entry property set to Yes? If so, change it to No.
