Data Provider could not be Initialized

I have built a Access DB with Data Access pages and localy
everyting works great. I have even gone into each DAP
cahnged the path to the MDB and still everything works
great, but as soon as i upload to the hosted server. I
get the Data Provider could not be Initialized error. I
also get a filename not valid upon exiting the first.

Please help - Thanks in advance
