Data ranges for charts

Hi!

I wish to draw a chart from some information that I currently have in
spreadsheet. However, the information isn't listed in the way that
would usually expect to draw the type of chart that I require.
The information is horizontally across the page i.e
jan'0 feb'0 jan'1 feb'1 jan'2 feb'2
10 20 15 30 20 40

This would be fine to draw a line graph with one continuous line but
am actually wishing to draw a separate line for each year. Is thi
possible without having to paste the information into a differen
format?

My second question (and this may be related to the answer of th
first!) is that is it possible to name ranges and then draw a grap
relating to different ranges on perhaps multiple worksheets. I may jus
be being a little slow but I can't seem to figure it out.

Many thanks,

Be

Question one: I'm still not really sure what the data looks like, or
which data goes into which series.

Question two: It's possible to use named ranges in charts, of course:

You can also pull in data from different sheets, but there are limitations:
