Does anyone know how to incorporate both positive and
negative numbers in a worksheet? I have a bar chart that
runs from a +1.00 to a -8.00 and when graphed, it only
shows from 0 to -8.00. Any ideas or thoughts would be
appreciated.

It shouldn't make any difference whether your data is positive or negative;
both should appear corectly on a bar chart.
Are you sure you have the correct range of cells selected for your data?
Have you tried going right back to basics, typing in a few numbers (positive
and negative) and using the chart wizard to generate a simple chart?
