Network Synchronization Solution: 4team for MS Outlook, Osa-Sync,
Share Outlook, or WorkgroupShare

MY QUESTION IS...
1) Is Exchange Server overkill for an office this size (see below)?
2) What are the major advantages of "MS Exchange Server" over these
low cost alternatives (I have no experience with these alternatives)?
I realize this is not comparing similar products, I just need to
synopsize.
