data tab inactive

I am trying to goal seek. All my tabs are active, but when I click on the
data tab it is not active. Trying to finish a chapter for school.

Hi,

Watch out if you have grouped all the tabs, or your ctrl + key is enabled at
the time of selecting the tabs.
