Data to create Custom Reports

I am using Project Server 2003. I can access the data in Crystal Reports via
an ODBC connection, however I am unfamiliar with the table structure and
where to find the specific data I am looking for to include in my reports.

Can anyone point me to some sort of documentation that will help me better
understand the table structure in Project Server so I can create custom
reports with Crystal without pulling my hair out trying to find the right
data?
