Hi All,
Recently I moved all the tables of a MS Access 97 database
to the SQL Server 2000 using DTS, and I kept all the
queries, forms, etc, in Access 97. The MEMO type in Acc97
was changed to NTEXT type in SQL. After I linked the table
from Acc97 to the SQL server, I found that the data type
was changed to TEXT in Access. Since the size of the TEXT
type in Access is 255, errors happened when I had a long
text. Since I have to keep the Access97 front end, does
anybody have suggestion?
Thank you,
Michelle
