Data Validation and VLOOKUP

Thanks to Debra Dalgleigh for her assistance on my 12/08/03 question; however, I have just one question more: your website sample of a Order Form has two (2) worksheets; one for Products and the other is the Order Form. I thought that the data validation in drop-down lists cannot be contained in another worksheet or workbook. Is this correct? Also, how does the description automatically populate itself when the category is selected? Thanks much!

You can use a list from a different sheet if the list is a named range.
