data validation dialog box

Dialog box does not appear when tabbing past a required field. It only
appears if I go back and enter and then delete some text. thanks in advance.

Hello,

In some cases we will not get that validation dialogue box in InfoPath. If
you have code in your solution then can you try to that node and replace with
that node again. Then we will get that validation again.

Still you are not getting that validation then you have to set empty value
before replacing that node.
