Data Validation for Excel 2002

I am running Windows 2000 Pro using Office XP. I have an
protected Excel Spreadsheet using data validation.

If I modify the cell when I am logged in as the system
admin the spreadsheet works fine. If I log in as a Power
User I can not validate the data. Even if the data
entered is correct we get an validation error.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this to occur?

Is it possible that an Add-in (Analysis Toolpak, for instance) is loading
under one profile and not the other?

Logon as Admin and check the Add-Ins listed and selected under the TOOLS
menu. Then logon as Power User and make sure the list of Add-Ins is
identical.
