employees and their location. The system I'm dealing with
has some major problems, and I need to make the import
spreadsheet more intuitive. I already have a few Data
Validation lists for gender, coverage, and certain codes.
I can easily create a Data Validation for all 51 states.
My problem is that I only want to show the counties that
are available for a state that is selected. I have a list
of all states and counties in each state. How can I make
the County selection validate against the state
selection. Is there a VLOOKUP that I can use that puts
everything into a drop down selection box? I appreciate
any assistance.
