Data validation question

I'm trying to use data validation for time but I am only able to set the
range from
0:00 to 11:59pm. I'd like to set the range from 0:00 to 24:59.
Is this possible?

Johnny,

You can set it to 00:00 to 23:59, but not 24:59 as that is not a valid time.
