When using data validation, can you set up the rule to
only allow "Yes" or "No"?

In the Allow list, choose Custom, and enter the following formula:

=OR(A1="yes",A1="no")

Change A1 to the appropriate cell.

Sue,

When you get into the data validation form under the Settings
Tab choose List for the Allow type. Then in the Source field
type "Yes, No" (without the quotes). Uncheck the In-Cell
Dropdown field and hit OK (or leave it checked if you wan't to
let the user select).
