Are you attempting to label each point of the chart with a total? If so,
you can create a helper cell (or cells) with the total that you want
displayed on the chart. Then use the XY chart labeler from www.appspro.com
to label your data points with the cells you just created.
I will look into this however I have another graph that is
totally a stack of data points so I know that it is a
matter of programming the "value" box in the data label
section I just can't seem to get to where that is at.

stacked on top of each other and then I have the previous
quarter as a line. I want the stacked weeks total above
the stack and do not want the quarter number. Currently
my graph displays the numbers for each week instead of the
total of the weeks.
It is a combination chart. Bar/line - I have each week
stacked on top of each other and then I have the previous
quarter as a line. I want the stacked weeks total above
the stack and do not want the quarter number. Currently
my graph displays the numbers for each week instead of the
total of the weeks.
How about a dummy series? Plot the total number as a set of bars on your
graph. Format the bars to be invisible. Display the data values for that
series.
