Data1.msi error message

Greetings,

For some reason, I am unable to open MSoft Office
programs. I have Windows 2000.

The error message reads "The feature you are trying to use
is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to
try again, or enter an alternate path to the folder
containing the installation package 'data1.msi."

Any suggestions on how to contend with this? Thanks in
advance,
