I am trying to update my Office 2000 and get error message as file DATA1.MSI
is not being found on my Office 2000 premium CD is not found.

How do I proceed with the update

Hi, cf104-g,

Do you by any chance have MS Works Suite or another Office 2000 family
product
listed in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel? If so, you may
also need those CDs, which can contain their own Data1.MSI files.
