database access error

im getting this on my screen somtimes when i access the
database, when i refresh most of the time it goes away

Driver={Microsoft Access Driver
(*.mdb)};DBQ=C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\fpdb\asplogin.mdb;

i feel it may be something wrong with the server
