Database Back-Up?

Hi All,

I have a database with user-level security and would like to create a
back-up every night.
Is there a way of doing this automatically?

If not, how would i do it manually?

The MDB (or MDE) is simply a file. Back it up the same way you would any
other file.

Just make sure that no one's in the database when you back it up (ensure the
LDB file doesn't exist): if the database is in use, you can't be assured
that the database will be backed up in a consistent state.
