database connection problem

I created a database connection but when I try to test it from the browser I
am getting

HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Where is the setting to change it so this can execute?

figured it out, had to allow execute on that directory in IIS. woohoo!

oops! I spoke too soon! GRR! The confirm.asp page will load, but not the
database_editor.asp page. Any ideas?

Even when I create just a submission page I get
The website cannot display the page
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.
and it has HTTP 500 out to the right.
