With apologies for what's probably a dumb question - I just exported a
Visio 2003 drawing to an MSAccess database. There are dozens of text
shapes in the drawing, and I can find no reference to any of them in
the database, leading me to believe that text is not stored as ASCII.
Can anybody tell me where/how text shape data is stored? Also, there
are many shapes in the drawing whose IDs (e.g. Sheet.673, etc.) do not
exist in the table's ShapeKey field.
Can anybody direct me to a data dictionary or other reference that
explains exactly how drawing shapes are stored in a database when
exported via the Export to Database capability?
Thanks
Dave
