Database corruption

Hi all,
Is there any tool present that will be able to diagnose a corrupted database
and tell what has got corrupted.

My msaccess database after few hrs of execution of my program gives error
"Invalid Argument" for adding into any table. The problem gets rectified if
the database is repaired.

Could anyone tell me the reasons a database might get corrupted during the
program execution?

If you're seeing frequent corruptions at fairly regular intervals, I'd
strongly suspect the opportunistic locking (oplocks) issue. But there are a
number of other possible causes. The following KB article should help. It
explains the oplocks issue mentioned above as well as other possible causes.
