Database creation has failed [Business Contact Manager] Outlook 2003

I've installed Business contact manager for outlook 2003 on my XP machine
When I launch Outlook a Dialog appears asking
"Would you like to use Business Contact Manager with your current profile
When I select Ye
The following error appear
"Database creation has failed
any help much appreciated
