I don't use Entourage, but I've noticed that whenever I run Word,
Excel, or PowerPoint in Office 2004 (latest service pack) that the
Entourage Database Daemon starts up as well. There doesn't seem any way
to turn this off. Is this normal? And has Office 2004 always done this
(and I just didn't notice it until now) or was it a change with a one
of the more recent service packs?
BTW, I have Office Notifcations turned OFF and there is no reference to
it in my Login items in system preferences.
